⚠ B6 Toxicity Warning — Read Before Stacking

Safety Note

Chronic Vitamin B6 above ~200mg/day — sometimes even 50mg — causes its own sensory neuropathy that can mimic CIDP progression (Hadtstein & Vrolijk, Adv Nutr 2021). Audit every B-complex and multi before stacking. Stay near RDA unless specifically prescribed. Non-negotiable.
