SMS Terms

Program Description
Legacy In Motion LLC operates an SMS program that sends transactional and account-related text messages to customers and prospects who have provided express consent. Messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (833) 377-8157 and may include:
- Trial start, midpoint, and end-of-trial reminders
- Billing notifications and payment failure alerts
- Coaching check-in prompts and weekly progress nudges
- Verification codes and password reset codes
- Session and program reminders
- Important account or service updates
How You Opt In
You give Legacy In Motion express consent to send you SMS messages by one of the following methods:
Web opt-in: Entering your phone number on legacyinmotion.fit/trial and checking the SMS consent box prior to submitting the form.
Verbal opt-in: Providing verbal consent during a phone enrollment call. The verbal consent script is read in full and your agreement is logged with the date and time of consent. The full verbal script is available on request at admin@legacyinmotion.fit.
Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any Legacy In Motion product or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and where you are in your trial or coaching cycle. Most users receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during the first seven days of your trial and around billing events.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates apply per your mobile plan. Legacy In Motion does not charge you for the SMS messages themselves — any cost comes from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's SMS pricing.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time. To opt out, reply with any of the following keywords to any message we send you:
STOP · STOPALL · UNSUBSCRIBE · CANCEL · END · QUIT
After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, sign up again at legacyinmotion.fit/trial or contact admin@legacyinmotion.fit.

Supported Carriers
The SMS program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and consent records are stored securely and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information — including SMS opt-in consent — exclude mobile opt-in data from any third-party sharing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
